Sen. Devlin Robinson Emphasizes Importance of Fiscal Responsibility

Devlin Robinson, a resident of Bridgeville, unveiled his economic platform as part of his campaign for Pennsylvania’s 37th Senate District. Robinson says his platform emphasizes fiscal responsibility and reduced regulation.

Robinson's plan centers on two key areas: jobs and taxes. He pledges to push back on taxes and regulations and advocate for policies that support job creators and foster economic growth. Referencing the lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic, Robinson emphasizes his goal of cautious and cooperative government action in times of economic crisis, along with efforts to reinvigorate manufacturing within Pennsylvania. Robinson says that a core plank of his economic policy is to resist any attempts to increase income or sales taxes, highlighting the importance of fiscal responsibility in government decision-making.

With a platform focused on fostering economic prosperity, Robinson says his campaign aims to address the needs of residents and businesses in Pennsylvania's 37th State Senate district.

Hailing from the Brookline neighborhood of Pittsburgh, Robinson served his country on the front lines of Iraq and Afghanistan, and now runs his own company, Veterans Medical Technology. Beyond his business endeavors, Robinson is also involved with philanthropic and veterans' organizations throughout the 37th District.
