Elizabeth Moro Pledges Lower Costs for Families, Economic Opportunities for Chester, Delaware Counties

Elizabeth Moro says she is focused on enacting economic policies to benefit Pennsylvania’s families and workers as she runs for Pennsylvania's 160th State House District.

Moro says her economic platform centers on bolstering the local economy, prioritizing environmental protection, access to education, and infrastructure expansion.

With more than $15.8 billion from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law announced for over 455 specific projects, Pennsylvania is primed to make investments that will improve the lives of Pennsylvanians and position its economy for success. She says that by investing in the state’s infrastructure, the new construction and manufacturing would lead to good paying jobs reaching Pennsylvanians.

Emphasizing the importance of ensuring quality of life for all Pennsylvanians and opening businesses to the opportunities of the future, Moro says she wants to build up broadband access and mobile coverage. As a business owner herself, Moro says she will support efforts to support and advance Pennsylvania’s progress and prosperity.

Moreover, Moro says she is committed to defending civil rights, supporting access to healthcare, including women's reproductive rights, and promoting strong education alongside economic development.

With a background in political science, public policy, and women's studies, Moro says she will focus on finding common ground in order to solve issues facing constituents in the 160th House District and work on policy in Harrisburg to lower costs for Pennsylvania.
