Candidate Spotlight: Meet Bucks County’s Daniel McPhillips, Running For Penn. State House Seat

Meet Daniel McPhillips, a lifelong resident of Bucks County who has served the County of Bucks for almost a decade and has thrown his hat in the ring to represent Pennsylvania’s 144th State House District.


Before his public sector involvement, McPhillips says he has held management positions in the private sector, overseeing large teams and budgets. He says his background is in local governance, having served as a Warminster Township Supervisor and Chairman of the Board, as well as contributing to various township committees and boards.


McPhillips is involved in community organizations, serving on the boards of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Bucks County, the Aldie Foundation, and the Greater Bucks Mont Chamber of Commerce. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from LaSalle University and resides in Warminster Township with his wife.
