Audiobooks are on the rise, with 38% of adults in the United States having listened to an audiobook in the past year, an increase from 35% in 2023.

Celebrity memoirs have had a recent peak in popularity. Some celebrities are opting to read their own memoirs for the audiobook version of their books, such as Ina Garten’s Be Ready When the Luck Happens and On Call by Anthony Fauci, which further enhances the audiobook experience.
