Key Spotlight: Meet Rep. Craig Williams

State Representative Craig Williams is running for re-election to Pennsylvania's 160th State House District. Williams, a veteran and self-identified constitutional conservative, says he is dedicated to his calling as a public servant.

Williams served as a Colonel in the United States Marine Corps, where he flew 56 combat missions and received 11 decorations for his service. As a Chief Prosecutor for the largest Marine Corps base, he provided legal counsel to the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Later, as a Federal prosecutor with the U.S. Department of Justice and Joint Terrorism Task Force, Williams dismantled violent criminal networks and incarcerated leaders of organized drug cartels.

As a state legislator, Williams has authored and passed legislation on public safety, gun violence, and human trafficking. Citing his background as an energy attorney, Williams says he has used his expertise in energy policy to push for policies to bolster Pennsylvania’s energy economy and industries.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Duke University, a J.D. with high honors from the University of Florida College of Law, and a Master of Laws with high honors in Jurisprudence (Virtue Ethics and Criminal Law) from the Columbia University School of Law. He and his wife Jennifer have four children.
