Candidate Spotlight: Cody Dill, Running for Michigan State House

Cody Dill is running for Michigan’s 27th House District on a platform that, according to his site, will prioritize schools, infrastructure, the Second Amendment, and immigration issues. Dill says he would propose legislation to change fiscal policy around funds for infrastructure.

Dill previously served as a city councilman for the City of Gibraltar and as the Gibraltar Representative in the Michigan Municipal League. While on the City Council, he served on the Citizen Infrastructure Millage Exploratory Committee. Dill was also a Representative to the Southeastern Michigan Council of Governance, where he served as the Bloc Caucus Chair, and was part of the Taubman Fellowship Selection Committee, Water Infrastructure Task Force, and Finance and Budget Committee.

Rylee Linting and Maria Mendoza-Boc are also running in the Republican primary for Michigan’s 27th House District.
