The fitness industry is always evolving, with new trends popping up each year. Here are three popular 2024 fitness trends: 

Fitness Trackers: According to Gym Desk, wearable fitness devices are becoming increasingly popular this year. Oura rings are one example of a popular tracker. These compact rings track everything from sleep levels to daily step counts. Oura rings are convenient because they look like regular rings, unlike other fitness wearables.

Exercising Outdoors: Outdoor workouts are a great way to get outside in the fresh air. Gym Desk states that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, exercisers want to get outside more. “For a lot of people, the prospect of working out inside the four walls of a concrete building holds very little appeal. As a result, exercising outdoors has become an increasingly popular option,” Gym Desk journalist Steve Theunisse, wrote. Outdoor exercise also has proven physiological benefits, if the weather permits! 


Group Personal Training: Due to the cost of personal training, small group personal training has become increasingly popular. These training sessions can range from 5-10 participants, and while they may not be a one-on-one session with a trainer, they foster a supportive community.
